Fancy getting away from your computer, stress and routine life for a few hours? Do you care about nature and would like to contribute to more biodiversity? Or do you just want to be active and meet interesting people?

Then come along to to our work parties organised by well known nature conservation organisations. Apart from contributing to preserving habitats and protecting endangered species, you will have the opportunity to get/stay fit in the fresh air, meet people in your local community who share the same interests, learn news skills such as driving a digger and have lots of fun.

Past activities have included:  clearing invading plants to save rare Orchids and other endangered herbs and plants, creating biotopes for frogs and other amphibians, creating a 5* bee hotel, making bird nesting boxes and collecting rubbish in forests, along rivers and roads.

Activities with Nabu Seeheim take place on the second Saturday of every month. Have a look under Past Event.

Events are announced regularly so make sure your name is on the mailing list by clicking HERE.
